Artisan Sourdough Bread Workshop

This class is a beginner’s overview of baking with sourdough. We will review how to care for your starter, make dough, shape loaves, and bake. In class we make our own dough for an artisan sourdough boule that will be ready to bake the following day.
Each participant will go home with:

bread lame with extra blades
simple baking guide and go to recipe

Homemade Pickling: Fridge and Waterbath Basics

We’ll cover the essentials for safe pickling. During class we’ll walk step by step through the canning process so you feel comfortable canning pickles on your own.
Each participant will leave with a jar of canned, shelf-stable pickles that you flavored yourself, and the knowledge to continue stocking your pantry with homemade pickles from your garden.
